JA The DragAn: Independent/Artist/Producer/Engineer, Videographer/Editor/Director/Producer with a degree in Audio Video Productions from Cincinnati State Community and Technical College.
Born in Cincinnati Ohio in the great 88! I have been listening to music (mostly hip hop) since the age of 7. The name JA The DragAn stands for "JA" my initials, or Just Awesome! The name DragAn was my grandfathers real name, he was from Macedonia (a neighboring country to Greece) he was a very positive person in my life until he passed so I keep his name going. This probably makes me the only American/Macedonian rap artist/producer/videographer on this earth... Unique and diverse... Some call me the Eminem of Cincinnati, I’de say I’m just myself, but I do look up to Em because he’s a lyrical award winning genius.
I had a vision when I was 12 that I wanted to rap just like "Layzie Bone" of Grammy Award winning "Bone Thugs-N-Harmony" one day. Well, I followed my dreams and by the age of 28 I landed a track having "Layzie Bone" featured on my song! This was like a dream come true and facts as Eminem says "you can do anything you set your mind to!" I even opened up in my hometown for "Bone Thugs-N-Harmony" to a sold out arena/venue in front of hundreds/thousands! #Blessed

Video Wise: I edited/directed/produced over 100 videos on my website w/ having worked around 56 celebrities. I was camera operator in 100% of my video’s unless I’m performing or shooting a music video for myself. As an artist I write all of my own lyrics, choreography, edit, and mix my songs as a sound engineer. I also work with some of the music industries top instrumentalists and mastering engineers besides knowing how to produce instrumentals on a synthesizer.
